What are standard check out and check in time for this Warsaw hotel?
(Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges)

Can I have a late check out?
Please contact us directly should you have any specific time constraints.

How many people can stay in one apartment?
There are three types of apartments:
A one bedroom apartment for 2 persons.
Two bedroom apartments with one single and one double bedroom for 3 persons.
Two superior bedrooms with two double bedrooms; for 4 persons.

In each apartment there's also a sofa bed for one extra person.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the apartment and what is the cost?
There is a sofa bed in each apartment and it costs 55 euro/night per person (breakfast included)

Is it possible to book a double room for single use?
Yes, of course it is

Are baby cots available for the apartments?
Baby cribs are available (for free) and should be requested at the time of booking.

Do you have special facilities and services available for disabled travelers?
Unfortunately, we don’t.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Smoking and no smoking rooms are available – please express your preference when you book.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?
Continental Breakfast is included in all rates.

Do I have to pay extra taxes?
No, taxe is also included.

What are the cancellation charges
If cancelled up to 12 .00 of the date before the arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Do special offers have a different cancellation policy?
Yes, reservations made using our special offers can not be modified or cancelled as soon as they have been confirmed.
Once your booking is made we will charge the total amount on the credit card entered on the booking form.

Does the hotel offer Internet access and what is the cost?
Yes, all rooms have an Internet connection.

How much does the internet connection cost?
Costs for internet connection throughout the residence are free.

Do you have a pet policy?
Pets are not allowed.
